METHOD OF OBTAINING AND STORING PERSONAL DATA

Visit www.jpr-aqua.pl – the browser you use automatically sends information to our server about: IP address, date and time of access to the site, name and URL of the downloaded file, the browser you use and the operating system on your computer, information about the name of your operator and the website from which access is made. This data is temporarily stored in a ‘logfile’ until it is automatically deleted in order to ensure a stable connection to the website and a comfortable browsing experience, to analyse the security and system performance and for other purely administrative purposes. We do not use the data collected in any other way. Legal basis: article 6(1) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the ‘GDPR’.

Registration for the newsletter – once you have given your consent and provided your email address, in accordance with Article 6(1) of the RODO, we will send you our newsletter via email on a regular basis. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link provided in the email sent to you, or you can send your resignation at any time to the following email address: biuro@jpr-aqua.pl.

Using the contact form – we offer you the possibility to quickly contact our consultant via the contact form. In order to properly and efficiently handle your enquiry, it is necessary to provide data such as your e-mail address, country and city with the postal code. The processing of the above data takes place in accordance with Article 6(1) of the GDPR in connection with your consent.

Creating an individual account in the designer zone – for the benefit of the designer/architect relationship on both sides, JPR AQUA offers access to the designer zone, where all the tools necessary for designers / architects are available, useful at the stage of work on the project. In order to initiate cooperation and to efficiently handle the whole process related to this cooperation, it is necessary to provide the required data, which will be treated as confidential and, upon your approval, processed in accordance with Article 6(1) of GDPR.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The website www.jpr-aqua.pl hosts social media plug-ins such as Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, recognisable by the logo of each service. When you visit our website, each plug-in generates a connection between your web browser and the server of the respective medium. These services are therefore informed that you are a guest on our website and at the same time receive your IP address. If you are logged in to these websites to your accounts, then you have the option of accessing the content published by our company, however, in this way you automatically enable the respective service to associate you or your account with the visit to our profile.
JPR AQUA does not acquire knowledge about content of submitted data and their use by particular services. In order to obtain details on data processing by particular medium, please visit the relevant page of each service and possibly follow the instructions contained therein (in order to limit data collection).

COOKIES

The website www.jpr-aqua.pl uses cookies, which are small files automatically created by your browser and stored on your device during your visit to our website. The purpose of using cookies is:
a) to enable our website to function properly,
b) to optimise the user-friendliness of our website (thanks to the files, the settings you have made are automatically remembered to avoid having to repeat them),
c) to keep appropriate statistical reports that are needed for further improvement of our services.

  3. Pursuant to Article 6(1c) of the GDPR – the sharing of your personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the controller.
  4. Pursuant to Article 6(1d) of the GDPR – the sharing is necessary for protecting the vital interests of the data subject.
  5. Pursuant to Article 6(1f) of the GDPR – the release is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.

INFORMATION ON THE RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Data Subject has the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data:

  1. The right to request information concerning the processing of personal data (purposes of processing, category of data and recipients of data, storage period, information concerning the right of rectification, etc.).
  2. The right to request immediate correction of personal data (rectification of personal data) or completion of personal data.
  3. The right to request erasure of personal data.
  4. The right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data.
  5. The right to request the transfer of personal data (to another controller).
  6. The right to object to the processing of personal data due to the existence of reasons resulting from the User’s special situation or if the objection is directed against direct advertising.
